What We DoCorporate and Non-Profit Asset Management
Managing the assets of a business, non-profit, or endowment is a large responsibility, and we are here to help. We partner with you to ensure an appropriate Investment Policy is in place and that assets are managed in accordance with that policy and your institution’s short- and long-term goals.
Our Investment Committee is responsible for monitoring the positions used by our firm and determining if and when modifications will be made to those positions and/or our model portfolios. These decisions are based on diligent research and analysis. Internally, we utilize sophisticated research programs to vet our decisions. We also utilize the support of outside analysts and strategic partners as appropriate. We then bring our internal and external resources together to develop comprehensive strategic asset allocations and to diligently select the securities we recommend.
At Means Wealth, it is our long-held belief that we must believe in and execute the same advice we provide to others, which is why our employees invest using the same strategies we recommend to our clients. To that end, as investment changes are made within client portfolios, we are also making the same investment changes within our own portfolios. Further, as a fee-only advisor and fiduciary, we are not motivated by commissions or kickbacks; instead, we are committed to act solely in your best interest by selecting investments that are best suited to your unique needs. We do this not only because we are required to by law, but also because we inherently believe it is the right thing to do.
