TJ graduated from the University of Maine and has worked in the financial services industry for over a decade. Prior to joining Means, TJ worked for Maine’s largest bank, which gave him extensive experience with payroll and human resources as well as project, financial technology, and customer relationship management.

TJ is most at home working with clients on their current and future financial needs. Each client’s financial circumstances are unique and creating a plan for each situation is how Means Wealth and TJ differentiate themselves.

TJ is credentialed as a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.  This credential demonstrates one’s knowledge, expertise and commitment to working with retirement plans.  Plan advisors who earn their CPFA® demonstrate the expertise required to act as a plan fiduciary or help plan fiduciaries manage their roles and responsibilities.

TJ lives in Orono, Maine, with his wife Emily, their two sons, Kiernan and Camden, and their family dog, Gizmo, who brings them considerable joy. In addition to helping raise two small children, TJ serves on the Penobscot County board for Junior Achievement, the state board of Make-A-Wish Maine, and the Boy Scouts of America Katahdin Area Council board.
