Operations Manager & Chief Compliance OfficerDawn Hatch

Dawn joined the Means Wealth team in June 2019 to support our operations team and CFO. Soon after, Dawn also started to provide support for our compliance team, and now serves as our Chief Compliance Officer.

Dawn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. Before joining Means Wealth, she spent over 20 years in the healthcare industry where she gained experience in human resources, customer service, finance, internal audit, compliance, project management, and analytics. Her knowledge of systems and attention to detail is second-to-none.

Dawn and her husband, Rob, live in their childhood hometown, Medford, Maine where they raised their three children. In her spare time, she likes to relax at her family camp on Schoodic Lake, ride the trails with her husband in their side-by-side, spend time with her grandchildren, and enjoy quiet time with her husband in their tiny (392 sq. ft.) tiny home.
